Ionic not booting up/ starting after upgrading Firmware V27.70.7.14

I have updated the latest Firmware V27.70.7.14 and restarted my Ionic device, now I am pressing the back button to start the device as usual but it is not starting. Help me if you have some suggestions.

Help will be appreciated.

I was having the same issue with my Fitbit Ionic and I the extended warranty so I took it back to the store and got a new one. Once I got home and set up my new Ionic, it is having the same issue. Please let me know how to resolve this issue.
