Ionic not charging after battery draining

My Ionic cannot recharge after battery drain out. I already tried press 3 button in 1 minute or left and bottom right button. 

Need all you guys help please!

I would like you to try the following procedure: 

 

- Clean your charging cable contacts 

- Charge it again but this time change USB ports
