After swimming in the pool yesterday, the screen on my ionic went black. I though I may have forgot to check the battery life, and charged it overnight. This morning, the watch is still dead, and unresponsive. Please help! Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Hi @Hassan726, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to our attention. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation
Let me know if you have any additional questions, I'll be here.

Good evening,
When I took off the device, the green sensors on the bottom of the watch
continually on and was totally unresponsive to any button presses at all. I
tried to reset the watch by holding all buttons for over 10 seconds, and
nothing happened. I connected the USB charge cable to the watch to see if
that would do anything, but nothing. Finally, after it was dead, I tried to
recharge it overnight but it did not come back.
