Ionic not charging and display not working

My Ionic started working up a couple days ago, it would just freeze up on  me for no reason. so i would have to do a 2 button reset to get it working, then i had to do it every 30mins.  then one time a red trianlge with an exclamation mark through it.  and now it wont do anything.  It wont show its charging, it wont let me reset it anymore..  

 

is this thing a brick now?
