I have tried all the common resets and different chargers, but the ionic won’t power on, won’t charge, and of course won’t reset. This just started today and it seems to be a common issue. I might just get my money back and try a different brand if they aren’t offering a solution.

Sorry to hear that you're experiencing this. I would like you to confirm that you've restarted your watch and try charging it again but this time try changing USB ports.
