I know this is an issue many have (i have searched and read the forum) and ever since i received my Fitbit about 18 months ago, i am in a constant love/hate relationship with it, all because of constant (non) charging issues, constant resets etc.
Now, even though i tried the resets etc, it will not show anything else then the 0% sign, even though i keep it on charge, reset it, etc.
I live in Aruba, ordered by Amazon, not so easy to call / send back. Friend of mine on Aruba has the same watch, same issues... coincidence?
Please help me to fix this problem once and for all and make me starting appreciating this device again.
