Ionic not charging

Ionic screen black not charging. I tried cleaning contacts and pressing left and bottom right buttons. All three buttons etc. Cleaned contact etc. But no luck this happened a couple of months ago but resolved itself. 

Please help... very frustrating.

Since, you've tried the recommended troubleshooting which is restarting it and cleaning the charging contacts but it's still not working. I've shared your post with our Support team and they will continue assisting you.
