Have 13% left and pin charger will not connect. My wife has ionic as well and we have 5 cords. All work on her watch can’t get any to work on mine. This is my second ionic and 5th device since 2014. Love the company and program but I don’t want to buy a new Fitbit each year. Been a member since 2014 so this is very frustrating .
