I went swimming today and a few minutes into my swim my ionic turned off. I pushed the buttons. The Fitbit icon appeared and flashed for 10 minutes or so before the screen went blank again. I took my watch off for the rest of the swim. When I picked it back up (~30 minutes later) it was incredibly hot and the Fitbit was still unresponsive. I let it sit for a few hours before attempting to charge it. It remained unresponsive. When I went to examine it, I noticed a sensor screen was broken. It was not broken before the swim. I can only imagine the heat caused it to crack. My ionic is still unresponsive despite trying all recommended steps to turn it back on.
