Ionic not connecting to anything

My ionic was having trouble syncing yesterday and today, I can’t get it to connect to anything via Bluetooth. I have an iPhone and it won’t connect, I’ve turned off Bluetooth and back on, I’ve reset my phone and I’ve tuned off the ionic but it still won’t connect. I finally tried to forget the ionic and was going to pair again but I can’t even find it. I’ve even downloaded the app on my laptop and it still won’t connect.

@HPD3174, when you say the Ionic will not connect to anything, do you have it installed on multiple devices? If so, turn off Bluetooth on all the devices except for one, the iPhone.  Do not try to pair it using the phone's Bluetooth, you must use the Fitbit app to connect it to the device.
