Got a new phone Samsung M31 and tried to pair my fitbit. It finds it but will not connect at all, anyone know how or if I can resolve this?

@AmieC043 It's nice to see you on the Community. Thanks for letting me know that your Ionic isn't syncing to your Samsung M31.
I would like you to double check that you have a compatible operating system which for Android is OS 7.0 or higher.
If you Ionic has been set up to your account, please follow this syncing troubleshooting. In case you have set up issues, follow the procedure posted in this article. Are you receiving any error message that's not letting you sync?
