Hi- I don't know how it happened, but my Ionic's right buttons don't control volume when I am bluetoothing music to the ear buds.  How do I turn them back on again?

Thanks for letting me know that your Ionic doesn't seem to control your music volume. I would like you to restart your Ionic and remove your headphones from the audio saved settings. After this, please pair them with your headphones again. 

 

Let me know the outcome.
