Over the last month the calories count on the fitbit is inaccurate, it does not count as i am doing my workouts. I have turned the fitbit off but that did not solve the issue. I depend on my calories count to ensure I am burning enough for my body weight. This is so frustrating how can this be resolved?

@Doitforlife34 It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I totally understand how you feel about the calories count issue that your Fitbit Ionic has experienced. By the way, thank you for trying to get it resolved before contacting our forums.
Please restart your Ionic as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page, which explains how your Fitbit device tracks your calories.
Finally, monitor your Ionic and see if it tracks your calories accurately.
Hope this helps.

Mine is doing the samething. It started not registering my swims. Yesterday a 47 minute swim I should have burned around 500 calories. My fitbit said under 100 calories. I depend on it to keep me on track. It’s very very frustrating
