Ionic not counting anything after update [27.68.9.15]

Since the last FW update 27.68.9.15 my ionic does not count anything.

I suffered this issue twice, when I resseted the watch last time it started to count again but not accurately.

 

Does anyone see the same issue?

Any advice?

Thanks for reporting the tracking issues that you've been having after this update. You did a great job restarting your Fitbit. 

 

As a last step you can perform the factory reset on your Ionic: How do I erase my Fitbit device? *Please note that you’ll need to reinstall any apps and music on your device after the reset. Try to sync your device before performing the factory reset.

@YojanaFitbit I already did the factory reset three times, without any success. 

I am extremely unhappy with this situation.
