My ionic is not counting steps and not showing any heart beat..

Please guide.

Hi @Neha.armaan, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the steps that heart rate tracking issues that your Fitbit Ionic has experienced, I'd like you to restart it as described in this help article. After this,check out this help page, which explains how your Fitbit device tracks your steps taken.

In case the heart rate tracking issue persists, please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, monitor your Ionic during the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.

Thanks for your help. But still my ionic is not counting any step.
Its syncing with my android, getting charged, showing incoming calls,
showing reminders..
It's not counting steps and not showing heart rate.
Plz guide
