Hello everyone, I am owner of a fitbit Ionic and I had it for about a year. It always worked fine, apart from syncing issues with some different phones. however, in the last couple days it has been going crazy, first it would vibrate and open the settings page by itself, at the same time battery was getting completely drained every day, and the sensors would not work, not reading hearth rate or steps.
I tried a simple restart at first, after few consecutive restarts the vibrating and open setting problem went away. but still the sensors would not work.
I tried unpairing from fitbit app restarting both phone and fitbit but with no success
yesterday I did a factory reset following the steps indicated by fitbit website, during the setup the phone had trouble finding the fitbit, but after many tries it finally found it and installed the latest update. the sensors are still not working. as a last resort I changed my clock face (which is anyway a fitbit made one) and restarted few more times but without success. neither the ionic or the app are showing steps and hearth rate, what else can I try? and how can I get it fixed if there is nothing else to try?
