Ionic not holding charge, fading in and out,

My Ionic just stop working May 17, 2019. It started by watch not holding a charge even though when I put on it was at 100%.  It has black vertical lines, watch fading in and out and  not tracking heart rate.  I understand this problem has happen to many many people.  Customer service tried to offer me a 25% off coupon for a new one.  Asked to speak to their supervisor kept me on hold what seemed for about 20 minutes.

I think it's disgusting for a company to sell a product that they know is flaw.  I'm going to do a BBB complaint.

I will post  to various social media outlets and let people aware to stay away from Fitbit because they don't stand behind their product.  A very expensive product at that.

Hello @nraysutton17  and welcome.  I'm not sure what steps you have taken to resolve the problem (since none were listed), but let me suggest the following (as an initial step):

Resetting your Ionic.  Here is how: Press and hold the left and bottom right buttons together, until the Fitbit icon appears, then release.

Please advise if you need further assistance and thanks!

The reset didn't work.  Ionic is now completely dark.  Can't see anything.  But the alarm is working.Sent from my T-Mobile 4G LTE Device
