My Ionic is loosing time. It's currently 8:37pm EST but my Ionic says it's 11:09am EST. What the heck is going on??? Why can't FitBit figure out how to fix all the things going on: not recording time, Run/Exercise features not working, not connecting to wi-fi so nothing is getting synced, the app doesn't recognize the wi-fi that it's been connected to for the past 18 months? Resetting the watch 50 times doesn't seem to do any good either! Have restarted the phone, updated the phone and nothing!! Longtime FitBit user, but they might loose me if they can't figure out how to fix the issues. Do they care?
