Ionic not logging steps and heart rate

this morning i walked minimum 10000steps and its only logged 118 all day and heart rate not showing

Same here just stopped recording steps at 922 this morning appears that fitbit

Thanks for the details shared in your posts. I recommend trying the following:

 

  1. Restart the device: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  2. Make sure your device is syncing: How do Fitbit devices sync their data?
