Hey Guys,
I've had my Ionic for probably a year now and am only now getting around to pairing bluetooth wireless headphones to my Ionic. Before now I've had Dr Dre Beats in ear in headphones (connected to phone with cable). Today I splurged and got myself some Dr Dre Powerbeats Pro Wireless Bluetooth Headphones. I've followed the instructions on both devices (Ionic and Powerbeats) and can't seem to get my ionic to recognise my Powerbeats. They paired with my phone no problem so I know they work and are fully charged. My Ionic has just come off charge so that has a full battery too. But when I've gone into settings ----> Bluetooth -----> + Audio Device, it does it's search but comes up with nothing (specifically "No Devices Found"). Any hints here folks? I can just use my phone but it would be so much more convenient if I could control music via my FitBit!

Hey @SunsetRunner, it's great to see you around. Welcome to the Community Forums.
Thanks for explaining the steps you followed to connect with your Ionic. I am glad to see that you just got some Dr Dre Powerbeats Pro Wireless Bluetooth Headphones. You can try the following steps in this article to successfully connect them with Fitbit Ionic: How do I connect Bluetooth audio devices to my Fitbit watch?.
Please remember to hold the ear phones power button down for 5 seconds, the light will start flashing which makes the ear phones discoverable.
If there is anything else we can help you with, do not hesitate to post it.
Happy stepping!

To pair the Dre PowerBeats Pro earphones, first look at its charging case with the lid open and the 2 earpieces both removed from the case so it should be empty. Note the small black round button towards the front of the mouth (this is difficult to see with the earpieces inserted because they block the button). This is the "system button". Now, put both earpieces back in the charging case in their appropriate magnetic connections. Make sure the earpieces (and case) have been fully charged. Then open the lid of the charging case and keep it open. Now on the Fitbit device, go to the Settings section and find "+Audio Device" under the "Bluetooth Settings". Check your FitBit manual to find this section on your device since it might be worded differently. Now click on "+Audio Device". Then as the Fitbit device is "Searching" quickly click and HOLD DOWN the "system button" on the PowerBeats Pro charging case until you see the white light on the case start blinking. Check your Fitbit device. It should now find the PowerBeats Pro earphones. Be sure to keep both devices near to each other during this process to ensure they find one another. Hope this helps.
