Ionic not pairing with my phone since last update

Since my ionic updated the last time it won't pair with my phone and I've been told that i have to get a new phone,  well for what i paid for watch id rather send the watch back than have to buy a new phone so can someone point me into the direction of how do the warranty. I know the warranty last for up to a year and i got this watch last August but im not sure how to go about doing warranty

Take into consideration that the Fitbit app is compatible with most popular phones and tablets. You'll only need a compatible OS: 

 

  • Apple iOS 12.2 or higher
  • Android OS 7.0 or higher 
  • See additional tips for Android phones and tablets.

Since you mentioned that your Ionic isn't pairing, please try this troubleshooting
