I have recently bought a new pair of soundcore life P2 earphones. I turn them on and go to add via Bluetooth settings. The earphones are found by the ionic, so I click pair. It tells me the ionic is pairing, but it doesn't pair before the earphones turn off, as they have not paired. I have tried a hard reset of the ionic, turned phones off, so there is no Bluetooth interference.
Any other ideas or suggestions. The last pair of earphones paired no problem. I haven't got anything else paired to my ionic.
Many thanks for your help.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @SunsetRunner.
Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I recommend going to your phone's Bluetooth settings and confirming if your Bluetooth earphones are removed. After that try to connect your earphones by following these steps: How do I connect Bluetooth audio devices to my Fitbit watch?
Hope this helps.

Dear LiliyaFitbit,
The earphones are not connected and we're not connected. The same thing is happening, the ionic is finding the earphones and attempting to pair, but the earphones turn off as it takes so long to pair. I can pair then with other devices although they are not connected now.
Any other thoughts?
Many thanks
