I have an Ionic I've been using for 18 months. Bought new. It was working great till last week. Now it won't hold a charge for more than a day. It is also not reading my heart rate or logging my sleep. Is it dying? Or is there some reset/calibration I can do?

Hello! Welcome to our Community Forums @Darwinmom, I'm glad to help you out with your Ionic watch.
Let me share with your that our Ionic device was designed to last 5 days but the battery life also depends on how frequently you use it’s features. I recommend you charging your Fitbit with a USB port from a computer or a UL-certified outlet into the wall, then turn off all the features that you don’t use too much. Also, please check this help article for more tips and recommendations. After taking this information into consideration, let me know how the battery of your device behaves.
In regards the heart rate difficulties, I recommend you to check our help article: Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device? and try the troubleshooting steps that are mentioned there. Also, can you please let me know if you're not receiving Sleep Stages with your device or if you're not receiving sleep logs at all? Take in consideration that Sleep Stages needs heart rate data to be tracked, if the case is that you're not receiving them, please try the heart rate troubleshooting steps that were previously mentioned and let me know how it goes.
I'll be here if you need anything else.
