I don’t get call or message on my Ionic Fitbit and I can’t seem to get it work so I was wondering if someone could help me fix this

@Rosa599 Welcome back to the Community. Thanks for the details mentioned. 

I would like you to try the troubleshooting mentioned in this article: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? 

If after this, you're still unable to receive notifications please let me know which phone you have and if this is happening only with texts and calls.
