It's pretty weird that all of a sudden you stopped receiving notifications. I would like you to try this procedure: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone.

I did NOT order a new fit bit tracker. I went to another supplier all together since my fit bit didn’t last but 1 1/2 years. I purchased a totally different device from another company. Thanks for addressing my concerns.
