All of a sudden I no longer get my texts or calls

It's pretty weird that all of a sudden you stopped receiving notifications. I would like you to try this procedure: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone.

Thanks but did all that. Ordered a new type of tracker. Hopefully it will last more than 1 1/2 years. Thank your for your help anyways!

I did NOT order a new fit bit tracker.  I went to another supplier all together since my fit bit didn’t last but 1 1/2 years.  I purchased a totally different device from another company.  Thanks for addressing my concerns.
