Got new one plus 7, tried setting up notification. Got it when setup for the first time, after that never worked. Anybody has solutions.

RESOLVED :- Uninstall the fitbit software-> Reinstall the software from Play Store. -> Go to phone settings -> Battery optimization -> Turn off for fitbit -> Restart your device -> Hoila, its working !!!!

I've checked the list of supported devices and I couldn't find the OnePlus 7. This might be the reason why you're unable to set notifications, our Fitbit team is always testing new devices and adding them to the list.
We've noticed that people that have devices that aren't yet in the list, have been able to sync but this doesn't work smoothly because it hasn't been fully tested by our Fitbit team. You may want to confirm that you've tried the troubleshooting posted in this article: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone.
