Ionic not receiving text messages

Fitbit says this is a known issue, but for two months now i haven’t been able to receive text messages on my ionic. Everything else works. Phone calls. Other alerts. Calendars. Heck, even dominos app works to send push notifications to my watch. Anyone else have this issue? All I need are the text messages. What’s up??

Is the device you are trying to sync to a supported device?
