Not receiving text notifications all of  a sudden

Hello @Chrystal419 welcome to our Community Forums! I'm happy to help you with your notifications concern.

 

Seems odd that your Ionic suddenly stop showing your text notifications. To better assist you, can you please let me know if you're not receiving just text notifications or the same is occurring with phone calls? Also, can you please let me know which mobile device you're currently using? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.
