Ionic not recieveing notifications

I have only had my ionic for 2 weeks and after doing the latest update it is not receiving any notifications on my phone. I have checked all settings between ionic and my iPhone and everything is on, I have also force shut down the app to no avail. It also doesn’t light up when I turn my wrist anymore either I have to physically push the button for it to light up.

Any help would be greatly appreciated 😊

With the wrist turn swipe to the right and you will see the setting for the screen awake. That has probably accidently turned off.

I saw that you force quit the app, did you turn off the ionic also.  My watch will do the same thing sometimes and usually all I have to do is restart the watch to get the notifications going again.  Hope it helps.  To shut the watch off, go  swipe to your settings, go to the bottom where it says about and touch that. Then scroll to the bottom and you will see shutdown.  Let it shut off then just hit one of the buttons and it will turn back on.

Thank you I have fixed it and got it working, I was swiping left and not right. I had accidentally turned everything off.
