@costello Welcome to the Fitbit forums! Thanks for taking the time to share the experience you are having with Ionic not recognizing your activities automatically. Thanks for sharing all of those details about this.

Please check if the SmartTrack options are set up correctly:

  1. On the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the Exercise tile to open your exercise history.
  2. Tap the gear icon.
  3. Tap an exercise and adjust the duration or turn off Auto-recognize.

You could also perform a restart on your watch. This should refresh its system and help you out with this.

Try that out and let me know how it goes! Smiley Happy

@metaberry Welcome to the Fitbit forums! Thanks for reporting the situation you are experiencing with Ionic not tracking days of exercise goals.

Can you confirm that any exercises appear at the activity history on the app? Also, how are you tracking your exercises?

Please try manually log exercises and let me know if they update the 5 days of exercise this way.

Also, please perform a restart on your watch. This should help in case it is not tracking exercise at all.

Hope this helps. Keep me posted! Smiley Happy

I think this is the same problem I'm having. I posted a message to the forum about it. My daily exercise is not recorded when I rely on auto recognized exercise. It works if I manually start the exercise. It's annoying, because I've lost a couple of weeks' worth of credits. And I don't always want to turn on the GPS. Like if I'm just walking around at work. I just want it to auto recognize that I've walked continuously for at least 15 minutes like it used to.

I took your advice and restarted my watch last night and charged it. Lo and behold this morning it auto tracked my exercise. I hope it continues to do this. Thanks for your help.
