Ionic not recording sleep on iPhone 11 pro

My ionic has not recorded sleep on 3 nights out of last 10.  Never has this happen before.  It was fully charged last night and I wore the same tightness as I always do.

I had the same problem with my Iconic and Samsung S8 in September. I spent hours with support only to find out it was a known issue with no resolution in sight. I had hoped the new OS release would fix it...wrong. I  switched to a Samsung S3 watch. Very different than my Iconic, but I now love it. I would still switch back if Fitbit got their act together...but I really see no hope.
