Two days ago Mg Fitbit Ionic 17 months old, has stopped correctly tracking steps and heart rate.  I have tried all the suggestions from this forum with limited success. I thought it was working again last night but realise that was only momentary.  Very disappointing, would bd good to know if others have had issues after switching to current firmware update?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before to posting over here, I understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which troubleshooting steps you already tried? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to try the steps that are specified on: Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device? and let me know if the issue persists. Such article includes a restart process that should rectify the step-tracking issue.
