Any suggestions why it isnt working?

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Ionic. 

 

Whether you haven't done so, please restart your Watch by following these steps.

 

In addition, you can turn heart-rate off and back on. For instructions on how to navigate your Watch, please visit this article.

 

If you continue having difficulties, please provide the following information:

 

- Do you see any information on your Ionic?

- Is your data getting synced to your Fitbit account?
