I see alot of people having similar problems, bug the heart rate on my ionic has stopped working today. Sleep has not been registering properly for 2 nights. I have turned heart rate off and on in settings and restarted my device several times to no avail.

I appreciate the detailed information shared and the troubleshooting tried prior to posting. In order to provide you with the correct troubleshooting please reply to the following questions: 

 

- Are your green LED's lights still flashing?

- Is your Ionic tracking floors, calories burned and distance? 

- Have you installed the latest firmware update?

I have this problem too and I have installed the latest update but the LEDs aren’t flashing and my ionic isn’t tracking floors or calories.

Also forgot to mention that this is a replacement ionic as the same thing has happed before after about a years use

Please fix your firmware update. My FitBit is now a very expensive watch, with none of the tracking features that it used to have..

  • I did a factory reset.
  • Firmware is at the most recent version (27.71.6.19)
  • Green light is constantly on. (Not flashing, ON)
  • Ionic does not register Floors, Steps/(Miles), or Heart-Rate/(Zone-Mins)
  • Somehow it came up with a number for Calories.
