Ionic not responding, Flashing fitbit symbol only.

The fitbit died earlier today and now it will not charge or turn on. It will only flash the fitbit logo on the screen. I have tried the soft reset (back and bottom buttons) and the hard reset ( all 3 buttons) and have gotten no response.

Was it low on battery....had you tried charging it?
