I've had my ionic a little over a year. Shortly after an "update" my battery rapidly went to 0% and now the ionic won't charge or do a restart. Have tried cleaning contacts, new cords, different outlet, charging with computer. Spent time with customer service and was offered 25% off to buy a new device. So frustrated, for $200 I expect a device to last! This issue seems to be all over with no real resolve.
