My Ionic is dead after installing the newest app. I had purchased an Ionic for my adult daughter and used her charger to determine that my Ionic was the problem and not my charger. But my Ionic was lost in its return to me (Covit19 makes everything difficult.).
I read a reviewer's article that said my Ionic had been "bricked" and fitbit was offering a 25% discount towards a new one. How may I take advantage of this offer?

I have a similar problem and have interacted with customer service.
My ionic is stuck in a boot-loop due to no fault of my own. The best that Fitbit will do is offer 25% off. Would you spend more of your own money on a defective product?
I'm really embarrassed for Fitbit's customer service.
