Bought my ionic just 2 days ago. On the 3rd day when use it for swiming... suddenly the ionic just went dead. No response and not able to restart. Very disappointed!!

Seems odd that your device is unresponsive after swimming, even more because of the fact that it was designed to be swim-proof up to 50 meters. That said, can you please let me know if you see any condensation or water droplets inside your device? I recommend you to follow the steps from our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
