Ionic not responding

Sadly I have had Bad luck with my Ionics.

 

I must say customer service with Fitbit is really good!! The Ionic was my first Fitbit purchase. The Ionic has failed for the 3rd time.  Battery gets under 30% and eventually will not take a charge.   Essentially each lasted less than a month before failing.  When this product works it is really nice.  My 4th one will be up for sale if anyone wants it as they will not offer a refund of any sort.   Sadly I'm leaving Fitbit as I've lost faith in the product.
