My Ionic is not responding.
I received a low battery message. I plugged it in to the computer USB as usual. Now there is no response at all, and there are no green lights on the back. I tried the hard re-boot with two buttons, and then with three buttons. Nothing happens at all. I checked that the USB port on the computer is working, and it is, my phone charges just fine with no problems.
I have left the Ionic plugged in to see if it responds eventually. I updated the firmware about a week ago.
