My Ionic was not syncing and I reviewed all FAQs and support forum advice resulting in the need to perform a factory reset. Ionic is now stuck with the Fitbit icon blinking on the screen. Spoke to two advocates he/she told me to do a factory reset. Please Fitbit can you respond to this. I'm using the Apple version of App.
