I'm trying to change the settings on my wife's IONIC ** Interval Training 1 min MOVE and 30 sec REST, and I can't seem to save it. The instructions online makes it seem easy, but not so much for me. LOL // Please help.

Welcome to the Community @HollieL. Thanks for the details mentioned. 

 

I'll be happy to help you setting interval training. I would like you to make sure you're following this procedure to set interval training: 

 

  1. In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab 
     
     > your profile picture > your device image.
  2. Tap Exercise Shortcuts.
  3. Tap Interval Workout. 
  4. Set the intervals.
  5. Sync your device to save the changes.

After this, please make sure that your Ionic is syncing to your account, this way your watch will update its settings.
