Ionic not sending notification and reminders

I have tried everything - re starting the unit and also re-installing the app but still the notifications don't show.  

 

Only call comes up but no email - texts or even the reminders to move 10 minutes to the hour doesn't work.  Very frustrating

@Metbuc Welcome to the Community. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried. 

 

Sorry to hear that you're experiencing this. I would like you to force quit the app, reset Bluetooth, restart your Ionic, refresh notifications and set them up. Find the instructions here. 

 

Regarding your reminders to move, please make sure you've done this procedure to set the hourly activity. Could you let me know if your reminders to move aren't matching or you're not receiving them?
