Ionic not showing heart rate.

For about the last 2 weeks, I’ve had no heart rate.

I’ve reset my ionic, deleted it off the app and reset it up and also changed wrists,

nothing works...

@DJeffers84 Welcome to the Community. Thanks for the troubleshooting tried prior to posting. 

I would like you to double check that your heart rate setting is set to "on" by doing the following: 

- Go to your Ionic's settings 
- Choose Heart Rate > Turn it on 

Also, let me know if your LED's lights are still flashing.
