Ionic not showing incoming phone calls

Since the recent update I am not getting notifications of incoming phone calls on my Ionic.

I get all other notifications and can read emails, sms, messengers messages on the Ionic, and I get missed call notifications just not while the phone is ringing.

And I have tried send a test call from the Fitbit App without success.
