On my dashboard I can see my old charge hr which died an ugly death, but I can’t see my ionic. I followed the steps for setup, and it syncs to my iPhone just fine. How do I see it on my dashboard.

@Big-wrist Welcome to the Fitbit family! Sorry to hear about the death of your Charge HR.
However, you have an Ionic now which is so much better!
I believe that your Ionic is not paired to your account yet. If you cannot see it, most likely means that it needs to be set up. I know you already did the set up process, but it is worth trying again. Please check these set up troubleshooting steps to get the watch paired for sure.
Also, it would be good to remove your Charge HR from your account. Just tap the tracker's tile and swipe down to the bottom of that screen and you will find "remove this Charge HR". Do that and then try the set up process.
