My Ionic seems not to have stops giving a Bluetooth signal. It no longer appears, in the list of Bluetooth devices. I've restarted it a few times but to no avail. It has synced over WiFi. Is there a way of starting Bluetooth?

@Macanucaire It's nice to see you on the Community. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried.
Your Ionic will sync to your Fitbit app using your phone's Bluetooth but it doesn't have to appear on your Bluetooth's devices in order to sync, unless you're using music control. I would like you to try this syncing troubleshooting. Are you receiving any syncing error message when you try to sync your Ionic?
Keep me posted. I'll be around if you have any additional questions.
