Ionic not showing sleep score

My Ionic is not showing the sleep score although it does appear to sync and show the graph. Ive tried many of the sleep settings to no avail. Help please.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared. To better assist you and to clarify the issue you're experiencing, can you please let me know if your Ionic is not recording your sleep information or it's not calculating your Sleep Score? I have never had the actual 'sleep score' on the Ionic as well.  The detail that lists REM, deep and light sleep.  The Ionic IS recording sleep but not giving the detailed 'sleep score' or report that I had received every other night or so with the Charge 4.  Also - why don't any of the devices give that sleep score every night?  I recently 'upgraded' from a Charge 4 to an Ionic ... I wasn't getting the sleep score every night on the Charge 4 either.

• I'm having problems with my sleep score too,  it logged my score only  once this sleep.  It is only showing the graph but not logging that information correctly.  Please help.
