Ionic not showing sleep score

I recently 'upgraded' from a Charge 4 to an Ionic about a week ago.  With the Charge 4 I was getting the detailed sleep score every other night or so.  The detail that lists REM, deep and light sleep.  I have not gotten that with the Ionic at all.  Why is the sleep score not give every night (on any device) and why haven't I received the sleep score AT ALL on the Ionic?

@Jander11 It's nice to see you on the Community. I apologize for the delayed in my reply.

Thanks for letting me know that you owned a Charge 4.

The sleep score option is available in your Fitbit app with your Ionic. The reason why it might not be showing could be, because your Ionic isn't tracking sleep stages, please check the following scenarios where you might see your sleep pattern (which shows your time asleep, restless, and awake) instead of sleep stages:

  • If you slept in a position that prevented your device from getting a consistent heart-rate reading or wore it too loosely. For best results, wear your device higher on your wrist (about 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone). The band should feel secure but not too tight.
  • If you used the Begin Sleep Now option in the Fitbit app (instead of simply wearing your device to bed). For more information on automatic sleep tracking, see How do I track my sleep?
  • If you slept for less than 3 hours.
  • If your device’s battery is critically low.

Let me know the outcome. I'll be around if you have any additional questions.
