Ionic not showing sleep stages

Using a fitbitsince 2014 I upgraded to a Ionic for its new features, one of which I can not get to work, to display my sleep cycles at night instead of the DEEP, LIGHT, REM. I just get 100% NO STAGE. I let my wife wear it one night and it all worked as it should. I have tried with the strap tight  and lose but it makes no differance to my readings as mine are all the same.  any suggestions.

 Cheers

It's great to have you here @Kiwinomad! so cool to hear you've been a Fitbit user since 2014. Thanks for mentioning the troubleshoot you've tried. There are a few things I would like you to check to confirm you have all the requirements:

- You have the latest Ionic firmware version which is 27.31.1.29

- You're using the latest app version 2.67 for Android or 2.46 for iOS

- After this, you should get a message in the sleep graph you're currently getting, tap on it and share it with me.

Keep me posted!

Hi, I have the latest version app on my phone my watch has the latest update as I thought this was a new feature so keep them updated to make sure as it has not worked on my wrist I have tried as suggested, lose fit, tight fit and normal fit but no go. The only time it worked was when my wife wore it for one night it showed the sleep stages it should. I don't think it likes me and it looks like a function that is not sorted for everyone.

Cheers Damon
